What excites you most about your discipline?
I love big, messy problems and there is no shortage of these when it comes to content or UX in higher ed. It’s like a puzzle for me and working across teams to find the right solution is what drives me to work harder and learn more.
Please share one invaluable tip that relates to your academy workshop.
User research doesn’t have to be daunting or expensive. You can get valid, valuable insights from five to eight users. It’s much more about choosing the right research method.
How will the academy outcomes help attendees in their daily jobs?
You’re going to do better work because of the techniques in the Content and UX Academy. By building a solid foundation based in research, you’ll be able to better communicate with design and stakeholder teams from initial concept to sharing results.
